Build 127:

FIXES AND CORRECTIONS

  1. Fixed the bug letting users change parts on a closed ticket.

  2. Corrected a problem where you could not copy and paste the Amortization schedule when using the Payment Plan tool.

  3. Corrected a problem in Payment Processing where if you right-clicked on a vendor to pay a bill and changed the branch name in the payment posting section would cause a hard crash.

  4. Corrected a problem when importing parts from Quotewerks or WeSuite where the system was not using the default setting for the part to check if the part normally comes from stock or is ordered.

  5. Corrected a problem in Purchase Orders where selecting a standard cost part that does not exist in the warehouse for the PO, was not setting the standard cost to the purchase cost.

  6. Corrected a problem where the system was allowing you to delete a credit memo with recurring items that already had posted from deferred income.

  7. Corrected a problem in the Repair Order list of open repairs where the system would error if you are using the Material Handler option.

  8. Corrected a problem in AR Retroactive Aging where the report would sort by Customer Number even when Customer Name was selected.

  9. Corrected a problem where the Open Receipts and the Open Receipts Detail reports were not matching.

  10. Corrected a problem where JC05 and JC05 WIP reports gave an error message when trying to sort by Salesperson.

  11. Group tickets now only need one ticket to be resolved as billable to create an invoice for the group.

  12. Corrected spelling error in Appointment section of Job Ticket printing.

  13. Corrected a problem in statement printing where the “Include open credits” option was not always being honored.

  14. Closed tickets cannot be opened by scheduling a new appointment by using quick button.

  15. Tracking number in Service PO’s will now show if one is entered.

  16. New PO’s can be closed without having to exit Service or select a Vendor first.

  17. The Tickets on Site list is now big enough to see the table of tickets.

  18. Tickets scheduled using drag and drop and double click methods will now change status to Scheduled.

  19. Miscellaneous appointments now cannot be created if there are no techs selected in the table.  Now also requires the type of appointment to be valid from the drop down.  These will prevent errors when trying to open the appointments.

  20. Fixed problem with Jobs getting dragged and dropped on Service scheduling board.

  21. Fixed ‘No parts found’ message when adding inactive parts to a service ticket.

  22. Fixed problem with group tickets not showing in grouped window once closed.

  23. Fixed not being able to delete a tech from a ticket when there are no appointments.

ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

  1. Created linking between service inspections and customer RMR.  You can now tie a service inspection to the recurring revenue of a customer.

  2. Added the ability to assign a known service technician to an inspection.

  3. Added fields to track the estimated hours for an inspection.

  4. Added additional integrity checking of the WeSuite data when importing jobs.

  5. Added a new security option to Job Costing.  A user must now be assigned access in order to use the auto part costing button in the job costing screen.

  6. Sedona Document Types dropdown list is now sorted.

  7. Added Tax Table, Description and Rate at the site level in the Customer Query Builder.

  8. Added a custom report called Job WIP Monthly Audit.  This will include any changes in WIP for the selected date range.

  9. Added sort by Job Created Date to JC05 and JC05 WIP reports.

  10. Added an option Page Break After Branch to Payments Received report.

  11. Added the following options to the Job Profit/Loss report: Use Original Job Closing Date, Group By Branch and Include Salesperson on Each Line.

  12. Added Customer name to the GL query builder.

  13. Added Branch code and description to the sales tax query builder in invoices, credits, invoice site and credit site.

  14. Added invoice amount to the service ticket area of the customer query builder.

  1. Corrected problem in Repair Orders where an error would occur viewing repair orders if you are using the Material Handlers function.

  2. Corrected a problem in Accounts Payable where the credits used on a payment would not appear on the remittance stub.

 ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

  1. Sedona Document Types dropdown list is now sorted.

  2. Added support for a dual quantity column export format to Bridgestone export. This option requires special setup on your account with Bridgestone. If you wish to use this format please contact, Bridgestone prior to exporting files in this format. (Only available by contacting SedonaOffice Support)

  3. Added a new invoice form “Custom Form (CS24)” that supports dual quantity columns for Quantity based RMR (Only available by contacting SedonaOffice Support)

  4. Added required files install / repair option to SedonaOffice Client Tools.

FIXES AND CORRECTIONS

  1. Corrected a problem in invoice printing where Contact name on invoices was not being
    used by the Bill-to block on invoice printing and in Invoice Exports.

  2. Corrected a problem in invoice printing where Date criteria would not accept a date
    range properly and return only invoices for a single date.

  3. Corrected problem in AR Audit by Branch where Closing balance from GL would not
    populate.

  4. Document Scanning Type is no longer changeable on the scanning dialog.

  5. Service security for Viewing Invoices changed to Client Management authority.

  6. Corrected a problem in Credit Requests where the invoice items would not auto load on
    to the credit memo form when creating the credit for a selected invoice.

  7. Corrected a problem in Credit Requests when using the Sales Tax Correction option.
    The apply credit form would not auto open to credit off the invoice.

  8. Corrected a problem in Credit Requests where the system would allow you to leave the
    New Invoice Date field blank when using the option to re-invoice.

  9. Corrected a problem in Job Management where the labor units and extended cost
    would not auto calculate when modifying the part quantity of a single part.

  10. Corrected a problem where you could delete a direct expense receipt that was assigned
    to a closed job.

  11.  Corrected a problem where you could modify the posting date of an invoice that was
    from a reopened accounting period if you did not have access to reopened periods.

  12. Corrected a problem where you could modify the posting date of a credit memo that
    was from a reopened accounting period if you did not have access to reopened periods.

  13. Corrected a problem in AP Vendors where the GL Account description would not auto
    fill for the default GL Expense account.

  14. Corrected a problem in the Collection Management where using the right-click to
    remove a customer from a manual collection queue would not record the user who did
    it to the customer activity log.

  15. Corrected problem in voiding a refund check that was not written to a vendor.

  16. Corrected a problem when deleting a repair order where it would not correctly adjust
    the out for repair quantity for the parts on that repair.

  17. Corrected a problem where prepaying an A/R Invoice to an invoice in a non-opened
    accounting period would without warning leave the balance on the invoice and prepay
    balance sheet account.

  18. Corrected problem in WeSuite integration where the correct RMR billing cycle frequency was not coming over on the import.

  19. Corrected a problem in Job Management where creating a PO from the job would not load in the part description from the job.  It was using the default part description only.

  20. Removed system requirement check for both the C++ 2008 runtimes and .Net 4 runtimes. Dependency modules will migrate into client setup program for all future releases.

ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

  1. Added Summary + Detail style option to Bridgestone Master Account Export. This option
    will allow Bridgestone to generate master account invoices in the style with a summary
    page followed by a detailed report of charges.

  2. Added the State to the city display when viewing a list of Sub Accounts in the Customer
    Explorer.

  3. Modified the calculation of Estimated Labor on a job to use the Prevailing Wage if there
    is one on the job.

  4. Added a new custom lockbox import for Sentinel Security.

  5. When using the function to copy all parts from a warehouse, the system will now bring
    over the standard cost of the parts that were assigned for that warehouse.

Build 111:

FIXES AND CORRECTIONS 

  1. Corrected a problem in Credit Requests. If the credit was to credit off an existing invoice and issues a new invoice to a different customer, the new invoice was not being created. The new invoice date field was not being activated preventing the user from entered that date. Filing would cause an “Accounting Period is Closed” message and filing was not completed.

  2. Corrected problem in Credit Requests where the system would prompt for a customer site selection when one was not needed because the credit was for an existing invoice.

  3. Corrected an error when voiding a check that was written to a non-Vendor.

  4. Corrected a problem when creating or editing a contact in the invoicing form. The system would crash out after the contact was saved and the invoice was filed or printed.

  5. Corrected a potential problem where editing a part on a service ticket where WIP was already debited would post a second WIP transaction to the GL.

  6. Rolled back a change to the Customer Search function where searching by job number was only locating a customer based on an exact match.

ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

  1. When using the Load Parts to Grid option to place all parts from one warehouse into another, the system is now bringing over the Standard Cost of those parts into the new warehouse.
     

Build 108:

FIXES AND CORRECTIONS 

  1. Sedona Service – Forced removal of time portion of Date when creating an invoice.  Last day of month would fail in checking accounting period.

  2. Added non-implemented fields in the master accounts Bridgestone export.

  3. Corrected the problem with the PDFeXPLODE tag not including the “invoice” message identifier, for the group invoices in one email option.

  4. Corrected some corner cases, in other open invoice detail (and totals) for invoice statement, Bridgestone Standard form and Bridgestone export.

  7. Accounts Receivable – Unable to make current customers a subaccount of a master account

  5.  Log In – Corrects reported OBDC error issue when using Manitou integration.

  7.  GL Register – Corrects Type 13 Mismatch error using print preview

  8. Service Module – Corrects issue opening a ticket from the technician window

Build 104:

FIXES AND CORRECTIONS

  1. Service Module – Handled another instance where Settings for Queue where not saved.

  2. Service Module – Fixed issue with Costing Stored Proc missing parameter errors.

  3. Job Management – Corrected a problem where deleting multiple parts on a change order would error.  

  4. Reports - Labor Hours, fixed an issue where both the job and service ticket hours would not display if the job code contained text.  Also fixed an issue where labor hours from the last day of the selected range would not be included.

  5. Reports - Open and Closed Service Ticket Reports, fixed issue where the report would not run on some servers.

  6. Reports - JC05 WIP, Fixed issue with not displaying notes when the job code contains a slash character in the field.

  7. Journal Entry Templates - Corrected a problem where a closed job could be loaded into the job field from the template form.

  8. WeSuite - Import will now parse long notes into multiple SedonaOffice notes when the length exceeds what is allowed in the database.

  9. WeSuite - Import correction where the bill cycles for RMR lines were all coming over as Monthly.

  10. Purchase Order - Corrected a problem entry where you could clear out the Account Code entered in the Expense tab and save an N/A account to the GL.

  11. Vendor Tree - Corrected a problem where checks from one year prior would not show up correctly in the sorted folder.

  12. Credit Requests - Corrected a problem where an invoice could be created in a closed accounting period if the request was to re-invoice a different customer and the request was originally created in a month prior that is now closed.

  13. Miscellaneous Invoicing - Corrected a problem where a job number could be entered belonging to a different customer other then the one being invoiced.

  14. Parts Receipts - Corrected a problem where direct expense parts were posting against the PPV account instead of the costing to the job.

  15. Service Management - Modified to handle the modifying of labor and parts entered on tickets from closed accounting periods.  The system will now allow you to modify these transactions by posting adjusting entries to the GL in the current accounting period. 

  16. Service Module – 12am is now handles correctly and not changed to 12pm.

  17. Service Module – Time entry fields are not handling the spin buttons correctly (they were reversed).

  18. Service Module – Queue Settings were redone and should now save under all situations.

  19. Service Module – Removed Parts Button – It will now correctly include parts from the last day of the range selected.

  20. Service Module – 3rd Party billing checkbox now correctly re-enables fields after first checked.

  21. Service Module – Sage Quest processing will now check if ID is in SageQuest then add if not or add if it is in SageQuest.

  22. Service Module – Bug where all WIP other charges were not totaled correctly.

  23. Statements – corrected net due showing as 0 dollars on statements exported to Bridgestone.

  24. Reports – Invoice Printing, corrected problem where certain patterns of sub account customer number would not print on several forms (including Standard Invoice and Bridgestone Standard).

  25. Reports – Over/Under Invoiced report, corrected error in net under invoiced calculation.

ENHANCEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS

  1. Inventory – New option to release ALL current physicals at one time instead of having to go into each one separately.

  2. Job Management – The importing of change orders from WeSuite is now fully supported.

  3. Reports - New Report, RMR 12 Month Roll forward.

  4. Reports - Added option to sort Job Reports by Job Type.

  5. Reports - New Report, Jobs Sold Summary based on the Jobs Sold report but always groups by branch.  Allows the used to select a second grouping.

  6. Cancelled tasks on items in the cancellation queue can now be put in order and will be remembered by the system.

  7. Global option to control if changes are pushed to Manitou.

  8. Dealer setup on Customer edit form has fields for default cycle, month with in the cycle and prorating options. Also a place to set a recurring item and the number of free months new customers get.

  9. Customer Query Builder - Recurring over ride percentage, Recurring PO number, Customer and Site tax exempt, recurring Item Type.

  10. AP Query Builder - AP Ledger fields like the Customer and Customer Query Builder Enhancement.

  11. You can now enter negative units of time on the Job Timesheet entry screen in order to correct entries posted in previous accounting periods.

  12. WeSuite - Import now imports the contacts into new customers.

  13. WeSuite - Import now imports Phase Codes into the job.

  14. WeSuite - Import now brings in the Purchase Order to the job.

  15. Deferred Income Posting - Modified to increase posting speed and not lock up records causing other users to wait.

  16. Bills and Credits in Accounts Payable - Redesigned to allow for immediate opening of bills and credits on vendors with a large history of data.

  17. Job Billing – Process redesigned to allow much faster processing of the calculation to bill.  The Invoice form will now open quickly from the Job Billing Queue showing the amounts to charge for the job.

  18. Account Register - Display was re-engineered to provide much faster response from the server in filling in the list of transactions. 

  19. Service Module - Forms have now been resized to work on 800 height resolution.

  20. Service Module - Forms now center themselves when started to make sure show up on screen correctly.
